Grant Process

Grants ranging from $4,000 to $6,000 will be awarded through a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) process.  Eligible tax-exempt 501 (c)(3) organizations can access the RFP through the link below.  Included in the RFP is the SQ Foundation proposal requirements, deadlines, and contact information.

The SQ Foundation is currently accepting proposals for the 2012 Better Health for Living Grant. The deadline for proposals is July 13, 2012 at 5:00PM EST. Please click here for a copy of the RFP.
